DKM Motors - Marketing Function Setup
DKM Motors are a new used car company with a focus of sourcing high-end luxury cars for clients. I came in to setup the marketing and sales function. I have automated much of the customer marketing with tools including HubSpot. Sales targets are being reached on a monthly basis.
This video is of the grand opening opening event for the new €9m Porsche facility. This large investment from the group brought a lot of pressure from Porsche AG to host a large-scale event. I organised the event myself, smashing attendance records across the group. Video created entirely in-house.
BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe had high manufacturer sales targets. I created a highly segmented campaign targeting customers at various stage of the customer journey (Digital). Over achieved by 28% on targets. TV advert was made in-house. I was hands on with droning, videography & postproduction.
Project managed the creation and setup of molloys.ie. An eCommerce platform for buying from one of the biggest liquor companies in Ireland. Surpassed 6 month sales target by 18%. Managed all lead generation efforts and product uploading/ content creation.
Project managed the creation and set-up of the Porsche Dublin website in conjunction with Porsche Great Britain. Lots of brand guidelines/ standards to follow and a lot of politics involved. This site serves the whole of Ireland as we are the only Porsche facility in the Republic.
The first fully-electric Porsche was released in 2020. Porsche Dublin had very high sales targets. I implemented multiple segmented campaigns to reach those targets. We overachieved by 20% and had to request more build slots in the Porsche factory. 80% digital & 20% OOH.
Group wide sales event to clear millions of Euro worth of depreciating stock. Big campaign with 90% Digital and 10% TV & Radio.
Result: Group overachieved on target by 13%, with my campaign delivering 27% more MQL's than expected. TV advert link provided. I don't like the Jingle in the ad.
