It validates how human-AI collaboration made Daisy's hotel stand out in the luxury market. Revenue growth, better upselling, personalisation, CX & efficiency.
Fintech strategic account grows from £35K to £125K ARR in 1 year
Working with a Gartner strategic account, which spent £35K ARR, I mapped out and proposed an upsell growth plan.
After negiotations using my human-centred approach, the Temenos account renewed at £125K ARR in less than 12 months.
Extra £65K add-on spend was wriiten into their next financial budget.
