Specialist in training design & delivery; facilitation; coaching/mentoring; public speaking
I help organisations & individuals in the creative, education & start up sectors to ensure women &/or those who are Autistic/ADHDers enjoy successful careers.
Clients I have already worked with tell me they appreciate my expertise, skills in training design & coaching/mentoring, well-researched resources, kindness, and honesty about my own experiences.
What I offer
Training
If you need creative thinking and rigour to build or revitalise your L&D or training offers, please do get in touch. I'm experienced in creating engaging courses & materials that help participants access anything from business mentoring, neurodiversity, Shakespeare, through to management accounting!
Within my family I have significant lived experience of Autism and ADHD, & have recently trained as a Neurodiversity coach. If you’re Autistic, an ADHD-er, both (or suspect that you might be) I would love to work with you to help you better navigate the challenges of the workplace
If you're a woman stressed out by projecting a swan-like image whilst paddling furiously beneath the surface; keen to overcome low self-confidence, perfectionism, imposter syndrome; wanting to improve your visibility & presence, then talk to me about my 121 & group coaching
I help education and community departments within creative organisations (for example, The Old Vic theatre in London) to develop high quality strategies for their work, alongside overseeing evaluation of their work and recommendations for continuous improvement
As the former Director of Education for the Royal Shakespeare Company, & an RSC Associate Learning Practitioner, I have created & delivered training courses for 1000s of teachers in the UK, China & Singapore. I also led on the creation of the RSC Certificate in Teaching Shakespeare.
