Led the marketing and media strategy for a number of large clients, including TalkTalk, Jet2, BBC, Microsoft and Lloyds Banking Group.

TalkTalk relocated from London to Soapworks in Salford in 2019. I was tasked with building an embedded marketing agency that worked across Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Digital and Commercial Planning.

Successfully built a full operation and transitioned all work in a 4 1/2 month period.

"Zig when others Zag" - Delivering Growth for TalkTalk

The roll out of full fibre (FTTP) broadband is scattered and very localised, with new areas being connected each week. FTTP customers would bring higher MRCs and CLV.

Created a new hyperlocal marketing approach to reach upgraded areas before competitors, increasing market share and improving MRCs

Going Green - Decarbonisation of Marketing

Worked with a leading advertiser and WPP to develop a Zero Carbon Charter, starting the push to net zero across all marketing outputs.
