Interim Operations Leadership

Interim Ops and Strategy Leadership
Built refresh of equity model for infra investors, then working across the operation to bake-in operational improvements from sourcing customers to close finance on a new facility build, to developing corporate opportunities (adjacent private wire offtake), to negotiating procurement improvements.
Post-merger integration
Led the integration of EE into the BT group, with broad team of >20 and >200 indirect reports to deliver £800m of revenue synergy and £400m cost synergy. Reporting responsibility to the group CFO and board sub-committee.
