I worked at Google in HR for the past 19 years. When I joined Google in France, we were 30 employees. When I left, more than 1500 employees thrived there. I took part in the growth of the company in EMEA and worked in recruitment, learning and development, and HR development, covering up to 20 countries in the region. I designed and implemented the HR strategy to hire, train and retain talents. I now work as an independant HR consultant.
