Gen-i Implementer Retreat
I planned, marketed, hosted and facilitated a 4 day residential retreat in the lake district for entrepreneurs and business owners. The focus of the event was to help attendees not only create ideas, but share practical tools & strategies on HOW they can implement them.

I currently invest in property and am always on the look out for a renovation project. Having been involved in a few renovations to date, I am always keen to look for new and interesting investment opportunities.

I offer a range of group workshops, individual coaching and speaking opportunities on productivity in the workplace, streamlining business processes, improving internal communication, 'Discovering Your Zone of Genius', & managing work/life balance.

I am currently beginning my research into angel investing. My core interests are businesses that in the early stage of growth (you know that 'white water' stage where you are all just paddling like mad) that are mission led and have big dreams. I'd love to hear from you!
Gen-ius Network
This is a community of entrepreneurs, business owners and individuals who want to live intentionally, implement lifestyle design, improve their productivity and support others. I set this community up in lockdown with a online community hub with online resources/e-courses, zoom coaching sessions.
Experiences
Managing Partner of West Property Sales & Lettings
I built the business from 25 rental properties to a 3 office operation, including property sales and employing seven amazing staff. We provided professional property services to people renting & selling properties throughout the West Coast of Scotland. I sold my share in this business in 2018.
Project Management - Operational Improvements
I have worked on a range of operational improvement projects for start-ups. This includes internal process workflow design, system streamlining, online payment system automations, customer journey improvement/development, organisational structure review and internal communications improvements.
