Current Client - The Climbing Hangar
The Climbing Hangar started life in a Liverpool warehouse in 2011. Since then they've grown to become a national business with 8 sites, 165 employees and over 16,000 climbers a week.
My role is to support TCH in driving profitability, through a strategic operational review.
