Led carve-out of finance, treasury and payroll functions at One Trading Group from Austrian parent company, Ownership of processes from holding company's centralised teams were taken in-house and fell under my remit
Project-led cloud-based financial planning solution at Motorway
Project-led transition of financial planning solution at Motorway from Excel to cloud-based, improving efficiency and overall control. I steered the Finance Business Partner during the process of researching, selecting and implementing the best solution to meet business needs replacing Excel models.
Improved Bossa project specific forecasting process
Supported Bossa CCO in designing and implementing an improved project-specific forecasting process used pre and post product launches. This enabled management to conduct what-if scenarios based on different sale and price points levels that were vital for cashflow and business forecasting.
Led Splash Damage finance team through period of rapid transition
Business changed from privately owned to being part of a HK-listed group. I led Splash Damage finance team through period of rapid transition post-acquisition by redesiging month-end processes to meet reporting timeframes. Steered finance team through 2 audits running simulatenously during 1st year.
