Extended and fluid programme to comply with changing rules to ensure European customers could continue to be served post UK exit of EU. Included comms for court-approved banking business transfer schemes, multiple scenario planning and extensive stakeholder management.

Ring-fencing communications lead for NatWest Markets
Demanding 12 month project delivering comms for customers and colleagues covering 23 workstreams to support structural changes needed to UK banks following financial crisis. Key features were complex briefs, thorough governance processes and nuanced version control with fast turnaround.
