Chief of Staff
Acted as right-hand to Co-Founders, supporting decision-making and projects across all business areas, alongside working directly with the board and current and prospective investors
Programme Management
Managed large-scale programmes for a multi-national tech-logistics platform and within start-ups. This included managing multidisciplinary teams, putting in place processes and tracking, and continuously optimising and iterating based on changing conditions
Strategy Development
Developed strategies for start-ups, scale-ups, and non-profit organisations, including developing a three-year strategy for a multi-hundred euro revenue scale-up with the C-Suite and implementing it across six markets, and creating a cross-functional strategy for an advanced materials start-up
Partnerships & Policy
Established and owned partnerships which ranged from working with accelerators and enterprise organisations to support start-up growth to building coalitions to collaborate with government on key policy issues including via my position on the techUK Transport Steering Board
