Launched a brand new life insurance proposition in the UK. Built a web app for customers to buy and manage a life insurance policy online instantly, no sales calls, no brokers, no stress. Directly Authorised for insurance distribution and management from the FCA within 12 months of launch.
EMI FCA Application Lead
Led the team to submit an FCA application for E-Money Institution permissions in the UK. Adapted existing European retail banking product for UK market and crafted a launch strategy for the EMI product.
