I've been through the rollercoaster of a successful UK startup from launch to exit and beyond.
At tails.com I led a highly engaged and commercially sound team of CX Operations, Insights & Improvement, and owned customer expertise in business wide processes, decisions and product changes.

I’ve spent the best part of the last two decades working in Customer Experience - from hotels to startups, I've done it all.
I'm known for my ability to create balance between delivering for the customer and delivering commercially - two goals that are often thought to be incompatible.
Full time parenting
Why is it here you ask? Because I truly believe that parenting is an experience like no other - a wonderful chance to learn, love and lead.
Time away from work, while looking after my two young children, taught me many skills, gave a new focus and allowed me to start setting up my own business.
Wolfpack race - London to Cardiff 24 Relay
I once did a thing. As part of a team, I ran from London to Cardiff in a (a bit over) 24 hours, relay style.
It's still one of my favourite memories and a great proof of the power of teamwork!
