Employee no. 15 and 2nd operations hire at iconic UK foodtech startup. In 5 years we scaled operations 500x, expanded to 13 countries and became a tech unicorn (now public company) worth over £2bn.
Launched Nationwide Covid Partnership
Enabled delivery of >3,000 video-supervised Covid-19 tests per day during the pandemic, by establishing a partnership between healthtech scaleup Qured and Watchword Professional Services.
Mentored YC-backed Startup Founder
Mentored the co-founder and CEO of Sitenna, an infratech SaaS startup backed by Y Combinator to enable the future of wireless communication.
Hired Series A Startup Operations Team
Hired and mentored the VP Operations, Chief of Staff and multiple Operations Managers for Oxwash, a Series A cleantech revolutionising B2B laundry.
Raised >$20k for Charities in Antigua
Produced, marketed and sold a first of its kind calendar to raise >$15,000 for 3 non-profit organisations in Antigua. Organised a swim-run race in Nelson's Dockyard National Park to raise >$5,000 for Friends of the Care Project, caring for the differently abled children of Antigua and Barbuda.
Volunteer Humanitarian Responder
Wilderness SAR lead for ABSAR (Antigua & Barbuda Search and Rescue), responsible for training and development, and qualified as a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician.
Trained and selected to deploy internationally with UK-based NGO REACT Disaster Response.
