My experience is in tech and finance but I'm drawn to companies that are trying to add value beyond growth and revenue targets. I take a systems thinking, regenerative and purpose-led approach, while knowing that these are buzzwords that can be abused and real value lies beyond any such language.
What I offer

Programme management, turnaround and PMO
Hands-on leadership to turn around projects and programmes that have lost direction or become entangled in bureaucracy and organisational politics.
Setting clear frameworks for PMO based on what your organisation does and its existing ways of working.
Independent programme review and advice.

Set up and run your business to align with your purpose
"Purpose" can be seen as selling an image that differs from reality. But what if they could be the same? Systems thinkers know "the purpose of a system is what it does". I use proven systems thinking tools to clarify how you add value and how you need to organise to make it work.

Seeing what wants to emerge
I gravitate to roles like Chief of Staff that give me a panoramic view of the organisation, without being bogged down in running one part of it. With one foot in the management camp and one in the rank and file I can see what managers can't, identify opportunities and blockers and get things done.
