Principal Henmil Group Family Office 2014- present
Developed regenerative investment thesis and model. Sourced deal flow. Created education program for other family offices in regenerative investing. Restructured the FO base to Dubai and associated assets

Interim CEO - JET Group 2017-present
Acquired company for JET Group and led the rebranding, restructuring and repositioning in the market. In 18 months established a sales pipeline exceeding $100mil. Am currently advising on the series A raise and website redesign. Working remotely

Interim CEO - TRanscendent Media Capital 2014-present
Designed and established the venture studio for Henmil Group Family Office. Overseeing audit process and preparation for side car fund establishment. Acquired equity in 6 pre-seed ventures over past 4 years and designed the regenerative venture building model for the studio. Working remotely

Film director / producer / writer 2012-2014
During my sabbatical from the corporate world, I went into filmmaking and worked on two Hollywood productions "No Escape" starring Pierce Brosnan and Owen Wilson and "The Hunters". I later wrote, directed and produced a number of commercials and films for clients and won 7 international awards

Helped build a boutique management consulting form in Australia. Established a higher EBITDA ratio than BHP Billiton by year 2. Worked across industries including natural resource mining, healthcare, financial services, construction and real estate

Manager - Aussie Escape Travel 2001-2002
Designed a new business model for the Queensland based company to out compete in a flooded backpackers market. In 6 months helped the company 10x their revenue. Established a new office in New South Wales and digitised their ticketing processes
