I helped a legacy data business expand its offering into 2 new data products for the digital marketing and media space in the UK and EU. From market research, validation and GTM strategy to first clients and revenue scaling. Those products now account to 20-25% of annual revenues after 2 years.
Market expansion - EU adtech platform
I helped a EU-based adtech platform with a market entry strategy for the UK and US. This included initial research & product testing within my well-established network, working with the founder on a light product testing project for the UK, scaling that & starting the same process for the US entry.
Start-up, expansion and exit of Adtech business
Co-founder of a UK based, VC-backed, adtech company growing the product/service in the UK-EU before expanding that business to the US. Market entry into the US saw revenues grow to 60% of total global revenue in under 2 years. That business was successfully exited to a public company in 2021.
GTM for AI Solution for Advertising/Marketing services companies
Helped a start-up rollout an AI-first client service agent to marketing services companies. Included initial target business & ICP research, GTM planning, initial roll out and amends to plans based on client feedback and first contracts agreed. Business is now a VC-backed fast growth platform.
