Moved classroom-based Computer Science degree online
I helped to define the overall objective and elicited requirements in order to move a classroom-based BSc degree online. Defined business processes, functional and technical requirements and contributed to enhancing the online platform to support them.
Scaled and digitised call centre operations
Introduced new technologies - created online platforms and tools to collect data, streamline processes and improve performance.
Scaled operations from 30 to 100 staff whilst servicing 30+ customers.
Revived European Film Festival (EFF) in Tanzania
In 2008 I organised a 21-day film festival showing 40 European and 20 Tanzanian films.
Quadrupled ticket sales on the previous years.
Successfully negotiated with sponsors and raised over US$ 50,000 in sponsorship.
