Rising Star Coaching (facilitated in English and German)
Rising-star coaching is all about supporting someone at the beginning of their leadership journey. The focus here is on understanding oneself and one's potential more, understanding how we interact in teams and in leadership positions.
Coaching@work Leadership Programme (facilitated in English and German)
From the programme a client will:
- Understand the benefits of coaching@work and when to use this leadership style
- Be confident to start using your coaching skills and reaping the benefits from it
- Be aware of your leadership role in this
- Know the best structure for coaching conversations
1-2-1 Coaching (in German and English)
In 1-2-1 coaching, I work with the client to develop their full potential and attain authentic success through personalised and relatable coaching sessions. I support them in their leadership, create a safe space to find new approaches to current challenges, and empower them to grow new skills.
Bespoke leadership programmes (In English and/or German)
I support a wide range of professional development. To develop a bespoke programme, I will be working with the client to identify the training needs according to their strategic direction and aspirations, before I develop the programme to achieve those organisational goals.
