Aviation fuel supply chain strategy
Designed Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) logistics and suppler model for large European hub airport. I developed a model for the airport to lead amongst its peers and encourage operating airlines to use SAF ahead of 2030 UK mandate.
Re-engineered energy supplier processes
I analysed all complaint drivers, prioritised them and targeted them to reduce complaints by 35%, creating a £100k p.a. saving for this scale up energy supplier
