The success of the project was driven by top-down and bottom-up participation with leadership and employees. Working closely with CEO, VP or Marketing and engaging 70% of the workforce.

Established pulse surveys & feedback loop

Established pulse surveys & feedback loop

Identified survey provider, onboarded tool, created comms plan, achieving 70% response rate of inaugural survey.

Facilitated feedback to be acted on by leadership resulting in eNPS movement from 18 to 32 in 12 months.
