Deep expertise in customer and employee surveys where expectations and perceptions are gathered, for executive improvement action.
He has a strong focus on learning and improvement, including using lean techniques and has led multi-million-pound projects globally. He is an NLP business practitioner, a certificated Targeted Selection interviewer and a Founder Member of the Association for Coaching. He speaks Swedish, French and German but none to a standard sufficient for workshop delivery.
