I led People Development at Grab, Asia's biggest startup story. I helped create a range of leadership, manager and IC programs. I also invested in coaching and mentoring of high performance teams. I was also instrumental in launching programs that fueled Diversity and Inclusion.
Regional L&D Business Partner for SEA and India- Facebook
I was the regional L&D business partner at Facebook. I helped create leadership and soft skills programs for the entire region. I also helped launch global initiatives in Asia. I personally delivered high impact learning programs and was among the most highly rated facilitators in the region.
I led the corporate marketing initiatives for LG in the region-- managed high profile sponsorships like the Cricket World Cup and Formula 1. With lesser budgets than Samsung, we were innovative and ensured our brand had higher recall and brand awareness.
Created award winning work for the brand. Won two global awards in successive years for brand related work. Ensured market share stayed over 75% despite aggressive competition from LG and Samsung. Grew the business by over 50% in the 4 years I was there.
I am a builder and a connector. I love to build things and I love to connect people and ideas. Outside work, I have a spiritual side to me ( am a practicing Buddhist) and am also a very avid club level tennis player. My life is circumscribed by my blood group-- B positive!
