I have spent my career developing ideas for clients - from golf days for international sports teams, innovative direct marketing concepts through to a baseball theme park, cafes, bars and restaurants. Specialise in research-led ideas and supporting strategies.
Podcast and Hosting
In Dubai, I co-hosted a sports radio programme and also hosted hospitality industry events. I have recently been undergoing some media training and would like to help out with any podcasting, radio or event hosting/panel adjudication.

Hospitality Consultancy
Founded an F&B concept development agency in Dubai, spotting early opportunities to blend research with integrated design. We began with HNW investors and grew to work with Jumeirah, IHG, Accor on research and strategy-led F&B ideation.
Sport-led channel strategy
I developed the concept of using sports stars to shape channel brand strategy—leveraging their authenticity, reach, and cultural impact to align brands with fan values, boost engagement, and create emotionally resonant storytelling across events, digital and broadcast platforms.
Repositioning
I was part of the team tasked with repositioning Xscape Milton Keynes—transforming it from a failing ski slope into a thriving family entertainment centre (FEC). We reimagined the brand, tenant mix, and experience to broaden appeal and drive footfall beyond winter sports.
Speaking and Mentoring
I deliver keynotes on strategy, creativity, and innovation—sharing real-world lessons from sport, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. As a mentor, I guide founders and leaders through growth challenges, helping them clarify vision, avoid pitfalls, and build with confidence.
