I have a passion for HR tech and how it can simplify and automate processes to enable HR teams to focus on the value add. Currently supporting organisations to implement various HR systems including sourcing, build, UAT and full engagement plans.
Offering transformation and career coaching with a focus on helping individuals and teams identify their purpose and core values and achieving alignment with this in their careers.
Led a long term transformation project as part of a wider joint venture integration. Redesign of full employee life cycle including all processes and policies, systems, payroll, reward, talent and development. Strong focus on building the company culture aligned to employee led values.
Created and implemented globally consistent, scalable, people processes. Worked with teams across the globe to map processes and identify improvements and automation opportunities using Lean methodology. Managed the roll out of processes while embedding a continuous improvement mindset in teams.
