Programme based freelance business consultant (strategy to delivery, specialising in regulated sectors). Complex/interesting assignments over a specific sector every day.
Fractional CFO/COO/Chief of Staff. I'm a generalist problem solver, a doer, a 'Chief of Stuff".
What I offer
Business Consulting/Programme Director
I've helped clients across many sectors (particularly regulated), business disciplines and geographies to deliver initiatives to meet strategic objectives and/or address specific, often unique, business challenges.
I prefer "Chief of Stuff". I have experience across all back office disciplines: strategising, implementing and managing; start-ups and SMEs; an accountant by profession; cross sector exposure (particularly regulated).
