My mission is an enthralling one: to help our clients find their voice, tell their story, and amaze customers and employees alike. I bring two decades of experience from a diverse background in management and brand consulting, technology and communications, and int'l diplomacy, and I love to blend creative insights with analytical rigor to help clients cut through the market noise and stand out from the crowd.
What I offer
Building brands and marketing messaging strategy for speed and scale
As businesses evolve and scale, I help marketing and communications teams build powerful, flexible brands and messaging that allow them to cut through the noise and connect with those who matter, whether it's an external customer audience, or internal colleagues and stakeholders.
Need to tell a story (don’t we all)? I design and build videos and commercials to fit any medium and adapt to any creative constraint. You want it with live actors? Great, we do that. You prefer animation? No problem, we’ve got you covered. Anything else? Just ask and we’ll make it happen.
When you’re bringing together your people or customers for a “must-win” moment, the CRC team designs, facilitates and executes unforgettable events — including in-person, virtual and hybrid — that ignite business momentum.
We partnered with leading healthcare groups to reimagine how payers/providers could better serve their customers and key stakeholders, from redesigning experiences to reimagining how organizations could deliver more in a tech-enabled future.
I had the chance to be part of an extraordinary cross-functional team of designers and strategists working with some of the world's largest brands to reimagine how they could better deliver on their promise to consumers and drive growth.
I led the development of communications strategy and execution for Google's VPs of advertising, crafting content for their internal and executive comms needs (think TGIF, change management, All Hands), as well as for their major external media moments (think Tech Crunch, SXSW, CES).
