Ask others and they'll say I've helped shape not one, but two industries and in the process had a positive impact millions of businesses and billions on people on a global basis.
What I offer

Clinics to increase confidence in the value of transformation
The Transformation Guild helps organizations navigate the most critical—and often most fragile—phases of transformation. Whether an initiative is just beginning or veering off course, our role is to help business leaders find clarity, regain momentum, and move forward with confidence.

Research to start (or salvage) transformation
The Four Currents Framework examines transformation at the most elemental level: People, money, and time
These are the entry points to evaluate gaps in confidence & alignment in transformation initiatives that are starting...or stalled.

Experiences

Digital Manager, UPS
Following the cooling of the Earth (from a digital perspective, circa 1995), my career pivoted from a traditional "ad guy" making to digital leading online advertising for UPS.
While there I led the company in several ground breaking investments. The link below leads to just one. (Sub req'd.)

VP eCommerce, ING
Not a great fit, but still managed to be involved with (and lead) some cool work.
I initiated the company's involvement in industry defining research into the effectiveness of online advertising investments and was involved with arguably among the 1st "branded content" plays with AOL/TW in 2003.

Mobile & Search, The Coca-Cola Company
To the degree I'm known at all, it's for my mobile work at The Coca-Cola Company.
I didn't teach the world to sing, but I did help marketers around the world "use the phone in one hand to put a Coke in the other".
It was interesting, exciting, and some enduring value was created.

Deer in headlights
Sometime you get lucky.
There will be few people seeing who will know the name Jerry Della Femina.
Even fewer will have had the privilege of working at his agency, Della Femina Travisano & Partners.
I was one of those few, those happy few, who worked in advertising when it was too much fun.

Relevant Ventures, LLC, Founder
This is the vehicle for straight-up consulting work.
Wearing this hat, I provide fractional/interim support to C-Suite executives.
I currently fully engaged with this portion of my portfolio.
