I'm an ex-British Army officer who helps people, boards, programmes, and projects improve their strategy and their approach to their work. I help to develop leaders at all levels, simplify processes, and bring teams together to achieve goals that work for everyone.
I'm passionate about learning, development, and improving the environment in which we live and work. I've advised Governments, businesses, and am an expert in developing people.
