I specialize in improving the strategic effectiveness of B2B companies with revenues of between USD 500MM and USD 5BN. I focus on how to enhance customer value based on the explicit integration of Strategy, Finance and Marketing. Deliverables include Meaning, Management and Measurement. I am co-author of "The Strategy of Change" series in MIT Sloan Management Review and of six articles in the Harvard Business Review.
What I offer
How to assess the effectiveness of your strategy
This framework is the focus of "The Strategy of Change" series in MIT Sloan Management Review. It helps companies whether their strategy is creating Fit to Purpose (F2P - an indicator of the scale of your addressable market) and Relative Advantage (RA - an indicator of your pricing power).
Experiences
Strategy Finance Marketing
I spent the first 6 years of my career in Finance, then used an MBA from INSEAD to switch into Strategy Consulting. 5 years on, realizing that I had focused on shareholder value but not customer value, I switched into Brand Consulting. 5 years on, I set up T2 to integrate the three disciplines.
