This framework is the focus of "The Strategy of Change" series in MIT Sloan Management Review. It helps companies whether their strategy is creating Fit to Purpose (F2P - an indicator of the scale of your addressable market) and Relative Advantage (RA - an indicator of your pricing power).

I spent the first 6 years of my career in Finance, then used an MBA from INSEAD to switch into Strategy Consulting. 5 years on, realizing that I had focused on shareholder value but not customer value, I switched into Brand Consulting. 5 years on, I set up T2 to integrate the three disciplines.
