Delivered annualised service revenue growth by redesigning Vodafone's pay monthly proposition portfolio to incorporate data bundles, re-pricing out-of-bundle data and driving data usage.
Scaling a brand's performance to support commercial strategy
Led strategy and partnered with product, commercial and channel directors to grow BT Group's EE broadband mix of service transactions by 50ppts in less than 12 months to support its focus on making EE the group's lead convergence brand.

Led strategy and partnered with channel directors to reduce cost-to-serve and grow digital engagement through a combination of store estate evolution (right sizing and reinvention), AI-based productivity tools, data and decisioning integration, app enhancements and omni-channel sales experiences.
Strategic extraction from unprofitable aggregator channels
Led strategy and partnered with account, finance and legal directors to execute EE's extraction of all Pay Monthly and Broadband services from third party aggregator channels, significantly improving sales profitability whilst also protecting overall market share

Circular Economy
I truly believe in the importance of regenerative economies to the long term health of our planet and our descendants. I am regularly educating myself and raising awareness of the actions my family, communities, businesses and authorities can take to keep materials in use for as long as possible.
Health and Wellbeing
Most days I will spend a couple of hours at the gym, at a HIIT class or at a yoga class. Combined with meditation, it sets me up really well for the day ahead. I can't imagine my life without these things!
