I have vast experience in building and executing distribution strategies across direct and partner channels. I can help business leaders to efficiently grow sales performance of their direct channels and build commercially sustainable partnerships to broaden their reach to customers.

Proposition & pricing strategy for subscription products / services
I can help businesses develop subscription-based propositions and pricing strategies that are customer-led and deliver sustainable commercial value. These can also cater for a wide range of discounting models and payment mechanisms in the market.

Sales performance management
I can help sales leaders source, customise and use the tools they need to manage performance of their sales channels. This can include but is not limited to value-based reward schemes (agent and 3rd party), agent productivity, pipeline management and 'sales funnel' performance analysis.

Leadership coaching
I plan to pursue formal training for leadership coaching soon. In the meantime, I am happy to offer a weekly 1-hour session at no cost to 5 people per month who are looking for career progression in to leadership roles. Feel free to reach out if you think I could help you or someone you know.

This is my 'super strength'. I am experienced and highly skilled at combining internal / market data, customer insights, benchmarks, field work and many other data sources to 'join the dots' and provide business leaders with the most relevant commercial opportunities and risks for their businesses.

Commercial strategy
I've led and executed strategic initiatives to drive commercial growth in highly complex and competitive markets, including distribution expansion and innovative proposition / pricing frameworks. This is backed up by formal strategic management training.

Finance business partnering
I started my career in professional services, working closely with small & medium sized businesses. I then moved to a large UK Telco, where I business partnered Marketing & Sales Directors, leading on financial planning, analysis and strategy. This is backed up by an ACA, which I achieved at KPMG.

Partner Negotiations
I have years of experience leading commercial negotiations with partners - covering new partnerships, renewals and terminations. This has been backed up by The Complete Skilled Negotiator training from the Gap Partnership.

Trading & performance management
I've been responsible for ensuring revenue and profit targets are met at product and channel level, with experience of using a full toolkit of trading levers to deliver these.

Leadership coaching
I love being a leader and coach, serving the teams around me to be at their best. I have supported the development of analysts, managers and senior managers, empowering them to unlock their career potential. My aim is to be a fully accredited leadership coach by December 2025.
