Vice President, FP&A
Built and entirely new financial model for a company of over 6,000 people to allow for both reporting and forecasting. Created a standardised product pricing model and ran the budgets for 13 departments, leading to an increase in operating margin of 17% whilst scaling revenue to $175M ARR
