Project Manager & IR Team Lead
Led a global Incident Response team of 7 experts (+3 contractors) in a high-pressure cybersecurity scale-up. Built KPIs, processes, and on-call operations, managed enterprise incidents (incl. state-sponsored attacks), and stabilized teams and clients where failure was not an option.
Startup Operations & Project Management (Independent)
Worked with 15+ startups (pre-seed–Series A), joining early when structure was missing. Led 3–5 parallel projects, coordinated 5–15 stakeholders, owned research, GTM, and delivery, and took initiatives from idea to launch in 3–6 months.
Protected Media — Operations & Customer Success Lead (NY Expansion)
Joined pre-seed as first customer-facing hire. Built CS & technical delivery from zero, shaped product with clients, and led India teams. Relocated to NY to hire and onboard first US sales & CS team. Supported scale through Series A, preventing churn and revenue loss.
