Developed and operationalised strategic partnership frameworks for the advertising business. This includes upfront buying model for the advertising inventory enabling partnerships with the largest agencies and resulting in x10 YoY revenue growth.
Having graduated with MA in HR Management, I've always believed that people are the greatest asset in any organisation. This background and passion helped me built a sales operations function and team for TikTok Eastern Europe and conducted 250+ interviews for sales, sales ops and strategy roles.
