I began my career with multinational companies. I am formerly a VC investment portfolio director and have had an interim and portfolio career since 2009. Through my consultancy Worksource, I provide business growth advice, take on interim and fractional roles and I am also a NED. My portfolio includes being a Peer to Peer Forum Leader, Sessional Lecturer, and Mentor. I aim to navigate, advise, inspire, educate and share.

I have been a business mentor for individuals and accelerators for many years. I was mentor for successive cohorts of the London Sport accelerator and I am a mentor for Imperial College's Enterprise Lab dedicated to entrepreneurship. I regularly mentor Founders, CEOs and Portfolio professionals.

BUSINESS GROWTH AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT as Interim CEO
Absolute was a small disruptive insurance claims BPO organisation that had secured investment from a plc investor to significantly develop their business. The investors board invited me to take the role on a part time interim basis as a condition of the final part of their investment and turnaround.

Project and change management of divisional transformation programme to Target Industrial Model (TIM); as part of the overall divisional strategy. This included organisational and business process change. Overall responsibility and accountability for timely delivery of project.
I was hired to provide oversight, build processes, accountability and direction of all non recruitment companies; property investment portfolio, new real estate division, and social enterprise joint ventures and the Caan charitable foundation.
