We’re hiring an interim Chief of Staff, reporting to the CEO, to help us align behind a well-evidenced, coordinated plan to deliver the Company Strategy, and to evolve the operating model to support execution. We think we can raise the bar on how we perform as a unit and we're excited for you to help us and our CEO build clarity and momentum. Second (and related), we have an opportunity to build on our current financial & performance reporting, both internal and to our Board. We can only be effective if we have shared context for decision making, enabled by trusted, timely information. In your Onboarding we'll work closely with you to define outcomes and dependencies for your time with us. We want to create an environment where you can thrive and drive lasting change.You
You’ll have all or some of these specific skills & tools:- Ran multiple planning cycles at an early stage business
- Have evidence of driving change throughout the Operating Model
- Have a deep understanding of effective performance reporting
- Have the experience, tools and credibility to lead a transformation
- Managed a P&L and/or assessed financial performance as an investor or consultant
- Has incisive, plain English communication
- Builds trust & safety by caring about the small people details
- Brings a very small ego

Benefits
- 🤝🏼 Term: 6 month fixed term contract
- 🧮 Tax: Outside of IR35
- 💰 Salary: Market based, pro-rata
- 💼 Days: 4 or 5 days per week
- ✈️ Holiday: 14 days + bank holidays
