Keen to strengthen your biz dev skills? Or maybe you’re looking for the confidence, structure and accountability that’s so essential for finding and closing those dream sales opportunities. Either way, it sounds like our Business Development partner programme is just what you’ve been looking for.
But before you dive in, you probably have a few questions – and that’s totally understandable! That’s why we run regular introductory calls for anyone who’s interested in joining but just needs a bit more info first.
Come along to this monthly 30-minute session to find out what it means to partner with TPC, how we’ll train you in the art of successful selling and how we equip you with the best tools and support.
How it works
These calls are for anyone who’s interested in joining our Business Development partner programme and wants to know how it works. We’ll cover everything from your onboarding and live training to the pre-recorded sessions and commission scheme.
This conversation takes place on the first Thursday of every month and will be run on Zoom. Once you book your place, we’ll send the access details across.
What we’ll cover
During the 30-minute session, we’ll share a bit more about TPC and the philosophy behind this style of professional development. You’ll get an in-depth look at:
- The history behind TPC and our Talent Matching offering
- What the training programme entails
- The foundation of a solid sales structure
- The tools and templates we give you to ensure success
- Any ongoing support we provide (i.e. slack channel and weekly check-ins)
- How our commission structure works
