Join ARC Club’s CEO and COO to scale a new, impactful workspace concept from 5 to 50 sites in 3 years.
Compensation
- Basic salary of £65,000 + equity stake with a projected estimate annualised value of £165,000.
- Total annual compensation equivalent to £230,000.
- Expectation of a basic salary increase within one year.
- Option to work 4 days per week and maintain salary (increasing to £82,000 pro-rata).
- You are a natural leader with significant sales and marketing experience; an all-rounder willing to get stuck in and the job done.
- You are excited by the prospect of joining at this stage of the business, the third member of a core C-suite team, able to put your stamp on the brand and define ARC’s market position.
- You will take the lead on pricing, commercial and go-to-market strategy and execution, owning the ARC consumer brand and end-to-end sales journey.

- Anticipated potential annual comp equivalent to £230,000; base salary £65,000 with ambition for a 3 year exit.
- Part-time, 4 day per week role with remote working and ownership of your schedule.
