Join ARC Club’s CEO and COO to scale a new, impactful workspace concept from 5 to 50 sites in 3 years.   Compensation
  • Basic salary of £65,000 + equity stake with a projected estimate annualised value of £165,000.
  • Total annual compensation equivalent to £230,000.
  • Expectation of a basic salary increase within one year.
  • Option to work 4 days per week and maintain salary (increasing to £82,000 pro-rata).
At a stage of rapid growth, the business needs to be managed in a lean way but the ambition is to increase compensation for core team members when further capitalised in 2023. There will be a clear review structure for salary increases and the supported autonomy to achieve performance targets.   About ARC Club Join Hannah and Josie in applying their high achieving records in corporate real estate, financial services and impact innovation to one of the biggest challenges of our time - the decline in public space. ARC Club is a residential workspace group redefining our built environment by introducing a new local amenity, accessible to everyone. Transforming how we live, work and thrive, together, in our local neighbourhoods. ARC creates beautiful spaces for people to drop-in and be productive during the day. Harnessing the growing popularity of hybrid working in an era of declining public space, ARC Club will have 6 Clubs by Summer 2023 (adding four to our existing two Clubs) and we are looking to grow to 50 as quickly as possible to maximise our impact for neighbourhood communities across the UK and beyond.   About you
  1. You are a natural leader with significant sales and marketing experience; an all-rounder willing to get stuck in and the job done.
  2. You are excited by the prospect of joining at this stage of the business, the third member of a core C-suite team, able to put your stamp on the brand and define ARC’s market position.
  3. You will take the lead on pricing, commercial and go-to-market strategy and execution, owning the ARC consumer brand and end-to-end sales journey.
