Key responsibilities
- Learn and get certified in an agile framework – agile Scrum is a recommended start.
- Carry out agreed reporting, timeline management and budget management administration as set by a member of leadership.
- They should at a minimum have some programming knowledge and be prepared to learn the following: Basic cloud infrastructure, deepening programming knowledge, compliance, security and server deployment.
- Learn basic DevOps workflows and how testing and automated deploys work and are set up.
- Become familiar with software tools and documentation requirements, confluence, Jira, git, Bitbucket etc
- Understand how basic testing environments are set up and maintained and how well written user stories lead to quality code and deliverables.
- Assist with requirements management – liaise with customers and support executives and leadership and senior staff with administration and ensure they have the information to make appropriate decisions.
