Our clients trust us to land strategic conversations with their ideal customers. Our SDRs rely on us to develop their skills, fast. And our founders? They need someone who can own delivery, keep campaigns on track, and make sure nothing – and no one – slips through the cracks.
Why This Role Matters
Our founders are spread thin. Our delivery team is growing. And client needs are ramping up. We’re looking for a Fractional Client Account Manager who can step in as our internal project manager, delivery lead, and client relationship owner – all rolled into one.
You’ll work across every account, ensuring campaigns launch on time, SDRs are allocated correctly, client assets are in place, and results are not just delivered – they’re understood, iterated on, and communicated with confidence.
This isn’t a passive client success role. You’ll need to be sharp on outbound strategy, fiercely organised, and confident steering teams and clients in equal measure.
What You’ll Own
Client Relationship Management
- Own client onboarding: kick-off calls, asset collection, internal handovers
- Be the main point of contact for clients during delivery – proactive, clear, and responsive
- Prepare and deliver monthly client performance reports, including insights and recommendations
- Maintain ongoing awareness of client-side activity to create synergy between their GTM motions and our outbound efforts
Project & Campaign Management
- Direct campaign delivery timelines – from launch planning to asset creation, SDR alignment, and reporting
- Ensure all required information, messaging, and data is in place before go-live
- Manage SDR allocation across accounts based on performance, client needs, and capacity
- Run weekly internal check-ins to keep delivery aligned and proactive
Data, Strategy & Action
- Monitor account health using CRM dashboards and call reports – escalate risks early
- Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into delivery decisions
- Collaborate with our Outbound Strategist (one of the founders) to pivot campaigns based on feedback
- Own the campaign performance feedback loop with SDRs and the internal team
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years’ experience across outbound sales and client delivery
- Managed client accounts in a B2B agency or early-stage startup
- Direct experience with outbound or demand gen campaigns – particularly using phone as a channel
- Strong internal project ownership – confident driving timelines and deliverables
- Comfortable with tooling (HubSpot, Airtable, Asana, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT, etc.)

- Commitment: 2 – 3 days/week (ideally spread across the week, not in one block)
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Remote or Hybrid – we are based in Brighton (UK hours)
