Seeking a Co-founder for a startup established in 2018.  This is a platform SAAS business based on Q&A and the belief that: “Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards”. (https://hbr.org/2018/05/the-surprising-power-of-questions).

About the company

The platform was developed by the Founder (Rachel Amos) to solve a professional problem that she had encountered throughout her career, mainly how to:

  • effectively and efficiently share expert advice across a community
  • educate the user on the basics of a technical answer (eg relevant rules / laws / standards)
  • refresh and update answers; and
  • enable peer review / multi answering / comments to harness the wisdom of crowds

The company is supported by a small, experienced technical team.  The team has been in place for 5 years and evolves the code base organically and on an as needed basis.  As an example, our platform technology is currently underpinning a UK Charity servicing families with special needs children. The Q&A technology is utilized to simplify complex regulations for parents and to provide a forum for education and action. We also have a few enterprise add ons such as single sign on and a complementary webinar plug in. We recently added a WordPress wrap around so that the site stands alone as a website and community hub. Over the years we have had numerous notable wins with in-house legal teams, charities and law firms but we need to re-engage with all possible channels now.

Our vision is of a world where there is less misinformation and de-focused answers for people who need reliable and relevant answers to their questions in order for them to implement actions and to solve problems. Our culture is collaborative and constructive.  We believe that small private networks of information are the future.  Check out our company and our products at: www.senatesense.com or for our charity version www.supportsendkids.org
