Chief of Staff / COO

Goodsted

About Goodsted:

Goodsted is a dynamic and impactful software company dedicated to driving social and environmental change. We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to join our team and help us scale effectively after our seed round. This individual will work with the CEO over the upcoming months to help maintain client satisfaction, grow the business and raise our seed round for 2-3 days a week, with the aim of joining the company 4-5 days a week once we raise our Seed Round.  If you are passionate about creating meaningful impact and have a proven track record in business development and operations in the B2B software industry, we’d love to meet you.

Goodsted provides a stakeholder impact management software for businesses to effectively manage, measure and scale their impact programmes. Our product simplifies the management of volunteering programs, employee resource groups, and internal sustainability initiatives. Goodsted reduces administrative burdens relating to communication and reporting, while facilitating collaborative efforts in achieving impact objectives. Unlike other solutions in this space that mainly focus on employees and connect colleagues with non-profits, we empower organisations to engage with colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers and measure their collective contributions, as well as aim to enable organisations who use our solutions to collaborate.

We’re early in our journey, but we have already made significant progress. Over the past years, we secured our first clients, built partnerships, received support from accelerators and advisors, and secured early investments. We’re continuing to refine our platform, and are preparing to raise our second round of investment. At this critical stage, we need to build a robust pipeline, accelerate lead generation, and turn leads into our clients to have faster sales cycles. This will ensure we can build a sustainable platform, and create the largest positive impact possible.
