CloudNC’s mission is to make single-click manufacturing a reality. They build software that automates control of CNC machines – metal cutting robots that make >$1Trn of components every year, for anything from aircraft to iPhones to cars. Worldwide over 100 million hours are spent painstakingly programming these incredible machines by hand every year, a colossal waste of human time and talent in an industry already facing an existential skills crisis. CloudNC’s software, CAM Assist, brings one-click automation to CNC machining.

Backed by leading investors and partners,  Atomico, Episode 1 Ventures, Autodesk and Lockheed Martin. They are scaling from Series B to C at pace with international expansion planned in the US and are fully funded for this growth. 

The Role – Head of Reseller Partnerships

CloudNC have now launched their headline software product CAM Assist.  This product uses AI to significantly reduce time to machine and removes hours of manual operation. 

CloudNC are therefore laser-focused on the go to market activities for their software solutions and are building and strengthening their marketing and sales team and resources to support this. 

The Head of Reseller Partnerships role will expand CloudNC’s reseller network and drive revenue growth of CAM Assist through these partnerships. The role owns the performance of the reseller channel and is responsible for the revenue it generates. You will have experience of working in/ with a 3rd party sales force and be able to show experience and understanding of managing and incentivising a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Responsibility for reseller sales planning and delivery
  • Sales Collateral. Create the sales collateral for key products in partnerships with relevant CloudNC stakeholders, ensuring accurate product information and a compelling sales narrative. 
  • Training. Provide training to sales reps within resellers, ensuring there is accurate product knowledge and understanding of relevant materials. 
  • Incentives. Design an incentive programme which drives significant sales growth and high partner collaboration aligned with CloudNC mission and values
  • Dashboard/competitions. Design and build the sales dashboard, selecting key metrics for measurement and building rewards programmes aligned with KPI’s.
  • New Partnerships. Identify and onboard new resellers.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Experience within sales ops/sales support role.
  • Has managed relationships with 3rd party sales resources in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering product training for a sales team. 
  • Experience designing sales incentives, dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder.

Desirable:

  • Experience in mastercam reselling
  • Experience in CAM/ manufacturing environments.
 

Time Requirement: This is a full-time permanent position.

Location: Needs to US-based.

Remuneration: Competitive salary package including stock options.
