Nutrisolution was founded in 2018 with the ambition of creating a range of high-quality supplements and wellness products to help people live, feel, and look better - naturally. They've grown consistently since the launch (100% YoY average to €15m / year) and have now served 170,000+ customers across France, Germany, and the rest of Europe. We are a team of 20 team members distributed throughout Europe.The role
You'll act as the CEO's right-hand person as they look to build the operational engine for NutriSolution's next phase of growth. You'll have a huge amount of autonomy to go about driving positive change within the business.Key responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Audit and overhaul processes across customer support, logistics, and team workflows
- Rebuild customer support for speed, quality, and retention (our current offshore solution isn't working)
- Optimize logistics and 3PL relationships to eliminate growth bottlenecks
- Implement SOPs, dashboards, and automation that the team actually uses and gets value from
- Build execution rhythms with weekly cadences, KPI reviews, and accountability structures
- Create scalable processes that work without constant oversight
- Lead 5-person ops team, as well as our customer support agency
- Hire, onboard, and performance-manage talent across the company
- Monitor and optimize operational costs while supporting strategic budgeting decisions
Must haves
- Proven track record scaling ecommerce operations in multiple geographies (customer support, logistics, systems)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Klaviyo, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, CRMs
- Strong understanding of ecommerce cost structures, unit economics and profitability drivers
- Experience building high-performing teams and managing their performance
Nice to have:
- FMCG experience with a focus on supply chain, logistics, customer service
