The Pros

- Payment is made to the freelancer within 2 weeks
- After each contract is concluded, the client is asked to provide feedback. Only positive reviews are shown on the freelancer’s profile, with negative feedback being dealt with directly.
The Cons
- It takes around 20 minutes to create a profile, which then is reviewed by a team member before going live, usually within 48 hours. If your profile is not satisfactory you will not be approved to use the platform.
- If you are a multi-disciplinary individual, then you may need to create multiple profiles in order to gain access to roles that are relevant to each discipline.
What’s it like for applicants?
The initial application process is prolonged with a requirement to supply a lot of information, including references from previous employers and example work.
