About Us

Space Genie is a new Self Storage platform being launched by Private Equity Fund Intriva. It is on track to revolutionise the storage industry in Germany with a digital-first operating and service model. The first site was launched in 2024 with plans for 11 more sites in 2025 and plans to build and operate more than 50+ self-storage facilities across Germany, representing one of the largest platforms of its kind in the country. Space Genie will be operating a tech first business model with a number of consumer and business storage solutions. To support growth plans we are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager to take our brand and growth to the next level.

 

The Role

As Marketing Manager in a high-growth startup environment, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to shape how we reach, engage, and convert our audience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full marketing funnel — awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and digital channels
  • Drive content strategy (web, email, social, blogs, video) to build a compelling brand narrative
  • Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing to boost engagement and retention
  • Use analytics and data to measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and partners when needed
  • Contribute to go-to-market plans for new product features or market launches
  • Continuously experiment with new growth channels and tactics

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, tools (e.g. GA, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change
  • A self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Bonus: experience with acquisition funnel optimisation, mobile apps and SME businesses
