For every role we source, we’ll provide you with a screened shortlist of candidates, who are qualified, available, affordable and love what you’re doing, within 3-4 weeks.
We don’t earn commission based on a % of salary, which means it’s in our best interest to find you the right talent for the right price.
How we’ll deliver a great candidate shortlist
Pricing
We operate on a fixed fee basis, paid in three equal amounts based on deliverables – as a setup fee, shortlist fee and success fee. This means you’re not only aware of the costs upfront, but also – unlike traditional headhunters – that we’re not incentivised to push expensive candidates to maximise our commission payments. It’s that simple.
