For every role we source, we’ll provide you with a screened shortlist of candidates, who are qualified, available, affordable and love what you’re doing, within 2-3 weeks.
We don’t earn commission, which means it’s in our best interest to find you the right talent for the right price.
How we’ll deliver a great candidate shortlist
Pricing
We operate on a fixed fee basis, paid in three equal amounts based on deliverables*. This means you’re not only aware of the costs upfront, but also that we’re not incentivised to push expensive candidates for our own benefit. It’s that simple.
* Typical pricing £9,000 to £15,000 per role, depending on seniority and complexity
