Delighted to be busy in October—meeting, broadening my network, and sharing my experiences in the world of coaching and connecting.
Join me on October 7th at The Hub, Below Deck, 18 Newman Street, W1T 1PE for “The Scale Session.” I’ll be in conversation with Andrew Morris, chairman of Scale. We’ll explore my journey from 20 years in traditional print on Fleet Street, through launching the Chelsea Apps Factory, and into the world of AI with my new project, Yeti.ai. MoneyPlus is a private equity-backed financial services company based in Manchester. Founded 18 years ago to bring ethical debt advice to those who need it, they now have tens of thousands of customers and ~150 employees. I am on the MoneyPlus advisory board.
The CEO is keen to meet with experts who have built world-class analytics teams. This includes data strategy, data gathering & scrubbing, data warehousing, data availability, KPI dashboard design, PLUS providing awesome insights to all areas of the business (finance, ops, marketing, tech, etc).

Hope everybody had a nice summer break and getting back into the September swing of things.
Danny, Maleka and myself have been thinking about another TPC f2f community meetup in Central London.
Probably a pub (or other suitable venue) a bit further North this time in the Kings Cross area on a Tuesday evening in late September or early October.
The invite is open to anybody that’s new to TPC or new to Fractional working as well all existing TPC members in the London area.
As before, we’re not planning any specific agenda – just a friendly get-together for like-minded / diverse-minded folks who are keen to widen their network for some good chat, a glass of something and a nibble or two. And the innovation and collaboration magic happens as we get…

Honoured to be appointed as a Trustee to this charity next week which provides support to patients and carers of early stage dementia.
You’ll see further posts from me asking for people who are able to spare some time on a pro bono basis, mainly from the tech community.

Hi all – quick intro from me
I’m currently COO of a listed tech company, working across AI, cybersecurity, and B2B SaaS. Before this, I built and sold a business, led turnarounds, rebuilt sales teams from scratch, and helped the MOD save £13.5m in two months (yes, really).
My background’s a mix of military, KPMG strategy, and 10+ years leading in tech. I’ve worked in the UK, Middle East and East Africa. Most of my time now is split between operational transformation, AI strategy, and trying to explain cyber risk to people who’d rather talk about literally anything else.
To fix that, I’ve written a book: Cybersecurity for Executives – Bridging the Gap with Your Security Team. It’s for senior leaders who want to make good cyber decisions without needing to become technical. Launching soon.
I joined TPC to shift out of the 9–5 and build a portfolio across advisory, NED, and mentoring roles. Open to fractional gigs or just helping founders get unstuck. Happy …
