HOW TO FUTUREPROOF YOUR CAREER BEYOND 2025
I read a very good article which talked about the job market, which is changing faster than ever, and where standing still is not an option.
Whether it’s the rise of AI, shifting skills demands, or new jobs emerging, what this means is being proactive. Future-proofing your career beyond 2025 isn’t about predicting the future – it’s about preparing for it.
The three key pointers to ensure that you adapt, evolve and thrive are:
1. Commit to lifelong learning and build transferable skills.
The first thing is to know what your key transferable skills are and develop a plan for building them. Some of the key transferable skills that you should develop to assist with your career progression are: Communication Skills, Leadership and Management Skills, Planning and Research Skills, Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills and Self-Management Skills. These can each be broken down further.
The last one of these skills is often …

I’d be interested in hearing from people that have experience with EOS. I’m specifically interested in talking UK/Europe-based folks that have either a) gone through the process of certifying as an EOS Implementer or b) worked, as a client, with an EOS Implementer. I’m interested in learning more, but also hearing the pros/cons, if anyone has experiences to share. Thanks!

Ooo this seems to be quite a niche question, Dave! Looks like Paul Gardener might be able to help.
Failing that, other fractional COOs who might have some insight to share as follows: Juanse Gonzalez, Elena Melnykova, Lisa Karran, Geoffroy Bauer, Ania Martinez, Ashwin Tirodkar, Owen Knowles

Thanks TPC Team. Paul Gardener are you a Certified Implementer?

Hi Dave Ladbrook – Nice to connect! I was part of a 200-person company that adopted EOS, and I led the implementation within one of the core teams. We introduced Rocks, L10 meetings, scorecards, and accountability charts. While I haven’t gone through certification myself, I can share what worked, what didn’t, and how the framework evolved with the team. Happy to connect if that’s helpful.

Thanks Juanse Gonzalez – I’ll drop you a connection request on LinkedIn and follow up there.
